Everything which you order before 14:00 will be shipped out by us on the same day. Of course,
from time to time this will also depend on the availability of the goods! When you place your
order, please enter all of your details correctly and clearly. This allows us to contact you
if necessary, and will help us to process the order to your satisfaction.

Shipments of goods within the EU are shipped at the indicated prices; there are no additional duties or taxes.
Our offers already include the 15% Value Added Tax, which is applicable in Luxembourg.
The VAT will be deducted from the selling price for companies that are located within the EU and have a VAT Registration Number.
16% will be deducted from the price for the VAT if shipments of goods are going outside the EU. Any duties or
VAT normally applicable in the respective destination country will be billed to the Customer under all circumstances.
If your order is delivered by GLS, then the shipment will be consigned to you and charged to you.
The postage costs paid by us on your behalf are included in the invoice amount.
Invoices, Payment
You will be asked to pay for your order, where appropriate, after shipping has taken place. Hereby
you are able to choose between direct debit, cash on delivery, and bank transfer as your method of payment.
For first time orders we reserve the right to limit the payment options to advance bank transfer.
All charges are made in Euros.
Right of return
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return it to us within
14 days. The right of return period is 14 days, commencing on the day of shipment. Please use the
original packaging for return shipments. Upon request the reimbursement for the item, at the original
price at the time of purchase, will follow. The order will then be declared void. A copy of the receipt
should be included with the shipment so that any delays, and associated costs, can be avoided. Packages where the
shipment cost is charged to the receiver can only be accepted by prior agreement, and then only by means
of regular shipping. Please contact us briefly before the return shipment of a special-order item.
Protection of data
The security of your details, and the protection of your privacy, is of uppermost importance to
alben-rahmen.de. For us this is the groundstone of a successful enterprise. You, as a customer,
will only trust us if our methods of business are safe, and the abuse of your data is impossible.
By using the alben-rahmen.de website you accept that your personal details with be processed through
a machine. The confidential treatment of your data is assured.

technology. The access to your personal details by an unauthorised third party is
therefore not possible.
- We will securely hold all of your stored details on our server. Parties unauthorised
by alben-rahmen.de will have no access to your personal details.

Damages
Should your parcel arrive having suffered a form of damage you should refuse to accept the delivery,
or you should accept the delivery under proviso by requesting a signed declaration from the person
delivering the parcel that it is damaged. Should you find upon opening the parcel that the goods have
been damaged you should report this to your nearest postal service within 24 hours. Please note that
claims for damaged goods can only be processed once you have filed a report with the company responsible
for the delivery of the parcel.
Improvements and alterations
www.alben-rahmen.de reserves the right to alter products, and their descriptions, on this site without
prior notice. The product descriptions and their prices remain the property of alben-rahmen.de.
