Shipments of goods within the EU are shipped at the indicated prices; there are no additional duties or taxes.
Our offers already include the 15% Value Added Tax, which is applicable in Luxembourg.
The VAT will be deducted from the selling price for companies that are located within the EU and have a VAT Registration Number.

The methods of ordering in detail
As in a real store, a shopping basket will accompany you on your journey through our virtual store. Add your desired products to your basket by mouse click, and then proceed to the check-out. There you only have to fill out your order form and then your purchase is complete. This is not only comfortable, simple and quick - it is also great fun!
An online order is so easy with us because we have reduced the process to two mouse clicks.
Firstly place your chosen articles in your basket by clicking on the basket symbol.
Your basket can be seen at all times in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Should you wish to see your complete basket, or change the contents, simply click on the white arrow in the basket.
To change to amount of your selected items, simply enter the desired number in the "Quantity" field, and then click on "Update!".
A precise and binding summary of your selected items, including VAT and shipping, will then appear.
You then fill in your name and your address, once you are sure that you are ready to place your binding order with us. For this you will require a valid E.mail address. After your first visit our system wil recognize your computer. This means that your information will be automatically stored. Selected items will be held in your basket for 24 hours - even if you lose connection to the internet, or if you leave our site to compare prices elsewhere.
Choose your preferred method of payment. Then click on "continue" to send your order.
Once your order has been placed you will immediately receive an E.mail in which various details such as your Order ID will be stated. Then you can click on "My orders" to check the progress of the transaction. The selected items will normally reach you within 48-72 hours for all European addresses.

Your return and exchange guarantee
You are no longer bound by your order if, within two weeks of receiving your goods, you retract the order.
The retraction must requires no grounds and can be made in writing (E.mail is sufficient) or through
the return of the goods (at our risk). A swift return of the goods to the following address will be

Should you send used or damaged goods back to us, the lawfully admissable prices will be charged; this can be
avoided by checking that the goods are fully functional before shipment, that the goods are without any trace
of usage, and that they are returned in their original packaging. Custom ordered goods are exempt from the
return and exchange guarantee, as well as storage media which have been opened.
