1. Materialisation of the contract
By clicking on the button send order, you are placing a binding order of the articles that were placed in the shopping cart.
The receipt confirmation of the order is initiated immediately upon sending the order. The contract of sale does not become
effective with our order confirmation, but only with the delivery of the goods.
If the goods are available, we normally deliver within 2 working days. All prices are inclusiv 15% value tax.
2. Terms of payment
Advance payment
· When cash in advance is done, takes place the shipping of the goods.

Credit Card
· We accept Visa and Mastercard
· Outside of EU and from sweden it`s with first order necessary, a legible fax copy (both sides) of Credit Card and of the identity card from card holder to enclosed. This measure serves the protection before illegitimate acquired card numbers.
· The debit of Credit Card is done parallel to shipping of goods.
Agreements in deviation of this require to be in writing.
3. Right of withdrawal
You are no longer bound to your order, if you withdraw from it within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal does not need to be justified and can take place in writing (an email is sufficient) or via returning the
goods (at our risk). The timely sending to the following address is considered sufficient as observance of the time limit:

If you return damaged or used goods, the amount that is allowed by law will be reduced. You can avoid this by only
testing the function of the goods and returning it without signs of use and in its original packing. Custom-made
goods are exempted from return, the same as data carriers that were unsealed by the customer.
4. Special orders
We are gladly willing to perform special orders of articles that are not listed in our catalogue within our possibilities.
However, such orders require to be in a written format (via fax form) and also require written confirmation by alben-rahmen.de.
The right to exchange goods is excluded.

If your parcel reflects a damage, please reject its acceptance or accept it with reservations (please have the postman sign
something to that effect!) If you only notice these damages when you unpack, notify your nearest post office within 24 hours.
Please note that you can only claim compensation from us, if you have made a complaint at your respective office.
Shipments of goods within the EU are shipped at the indicated prices; there are no additional duties or taxes. Our offers already
include the 15% Value Added Tax, which is applicable in Luxembourg.
The VAT will be deducted from the selling price for companies that are located within the EU and have a VAT Registration Number.
16% will be deducted from the price for the VAT if shipments of goods are going outside the EU. Any duties or VAT normally
applicable in the respective destination country will be billed to the Customer under all circumstances.
If your order is delivered by DPD, then the shipment will be consigned to you and charged to you. The postage costs paid by
us on your behalf are included in the invoice amount.
6. Non-acceptance
For Luxembourg, the following applies:
For non-acceptance of our delivery without prior written cancellation of the order, we charge a cost share of € 15 and € 30 for non-acceptance of express freight.
For abroad, the following applies:
For non-acceptance of our delivery without prior written cancellation of the order, we charge a cost share of € 27 and € 50 for non-acceptance of express freight.
7. Warranty, examination and reprimand liabilities
The warranty is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions, whereby, in the case of a deficiency, we are entitled to
redeliver or correct the goods, at your option. If the correction conclusively fails or if the redelivered goods are also deficient,
you can request return of the goods for compensation of the agreed price or a decrease of the sales price. Please ascertain possible
manufacturers’ warranties from the product documentation.
The customer must examine the goods immediately upon receipt and if a deficiency is ascertained, he/she must notify
alben-rahmen.de in writing within 7 days with a description of the deficiency. The same applies for damages that were
ascertained at a later point in time. If the customer is not a businessman, the reprimand liability only applies for obvious
deficiencies. If no notification is sent within the specified time period, the goods are considered as accepted.

8. Data protection
The security of your data and protection of your privacy is of significant importance for alben-rahmen.de. It is one
of the basic prerequisites for the success of our company. You, as the customer, will only buy from us, if the business
process is secure and data abuse can be excluded.
We have obliged ourselves to the following:
We will only collect such information that is necessary for the processing of your order and for improvement purposes of our service.
We will not forward your data to third parties.
We will not enter into any businesses concerning your email address.
alben-rahmen.de guarantees compliance with the strict regulations of the data protection law. Your privacy is protected by us.
You are entitled to information, correction, blocking and deletion of your saved data at any time. Just write to us at info@alben-rahmen.de
The data transfer of your personal data is carried out with the particularly secure SSL-technology. Accordingly, unauthorised access by third parties to your data can be excluded.
WWe will protect the access to your data on our servers. Parties that are not authorised at alben-rahmen.de do not have access to your data.
